Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-integrated systems and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping metaverse-native applications and neural interface solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning for breakthrough technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, brain-computer interfaces)
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic governance
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Translate technical capabilities into marketable product roadmaps and investor pitches
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven experience with quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI development, or climate tech ecosystems
