Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics and quantum-secure cryptography

- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities with 10x impact potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants and corporate innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
