Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technology trends across AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Foster an innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
