Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)

- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
