Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions for healthcare, logistics, and climate resilience
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web3, biotech, neural interfaces) to identify commercial opportunities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Drive patent strategies for proprietary 2026-ready technologies
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies or innovation roles
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, Scenario Planning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
