Qualifications

- MS/MBA in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record in quantum/AI project delivery
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
