Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies through market modeling and scenario planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Represent InnovateX at global tech foresight conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or similar)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation journals
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate venture arms
