Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technology trends to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with R&D teams and external partners to prototype and validate next-generation technologies.
- Present complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic technology role within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Robotics.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale innovation projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
