Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) into our product ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams on long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive research on future tech trends and prepare executive briefings for stakeholders.
- Oversee the feasibility studies for new technological implementations and innovation pilots.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and industry thought leaders.
- Measure the impact of tech initiatives and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Future Tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future scenarios.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Certification in strategic planning or futurism is a plus.
