Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum AI, biotech convergence, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and invest in disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and key stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation hubs
