Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and urban automation
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies through global R&D partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focusing on human-centric design for 2026 challenges

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technologies
