- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups to secure first-mover advantages
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Create comprehensive risk mitigation frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Experience building innovation labs and managing R&D budgets >$10M
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
