Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development (carbon-neutral AI, circular tech design)
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (2019-2025 portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep knowledge of Moore's Law evolution and exponential tech curves
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) and sustainable tech standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
