Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with long-term vision
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on future-readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in implementing AI/quantum computing solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
