Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for future tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DS)
