Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and quantum applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive tech opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Represent company at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging tech standards and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
