Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive innovation initiatives in sustainable tech and human-AI collaboration
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future tech exploration
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing quantum or AI technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with federal innovation grant programs (SBIR, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and governance
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Global network connections in tech innovation ecosystems
