Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing futuristic initiatives including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect digital transformation frameworks for legacy systems and new ventures
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Credibility with C-suite executives and board-level presentations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for innovative technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
