Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board committees
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
