Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and company vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
