- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for AI integration and quantum adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biotech fusion) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof tech ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Strong stakeholder management across global organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
