Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and assess market readiness for adoption
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech scaling
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains: quantum, AGI, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in scenario modeling and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
