Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and circular economy tech
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging tech into core business operations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3-5 strategic projects
- Present future tech vision to investors, regulators, and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with UN SDGs and ESG compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Fluency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
