Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term innovation priorities
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio and vendor ecosystem
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech implementation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience in high-growth tech environments or Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
