Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent field
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural architectures
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ members
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with Fortune 500 stakeholder experience
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global market expansion
