Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future markets
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with ESG goals
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor emerging tech talent in our innovation accelerator program
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD preferred
