- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product development, or emerging tech
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated through published work or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
