Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by identifying emerging trends in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough prototypes with 18-month commercialization timelines
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for pilot programs
- Present innovation narratives to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly strategic pivots based on market feedback
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and technology valuation techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, CRISPR tech, or decentralized AI
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio of published technology trend analyses or patents
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and data visualization tools
