Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year market impact
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and formulate competitive response strategies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year development cycles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
