Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives, identifying emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Architect scalable frameworks integrating cutting-edge tech with existing enterprise systems
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement across digital transformation projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies or innovation roles
- Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives worth $10M+
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School) preferred
