- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR convergence)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI implementation in critical infrastructure
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Strong command of ethical AI development frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
