Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for 2026 tech horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor regulatory shifts affecting next-gen tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
