- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a future-tech incubator team of 5-8 specialists
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into market-ready products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 3+ years horizon
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets
