Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology readiness and ROI for future-facing initiatives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term tech adoption frameworks (2018-2023 experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, Web3, or neuromorphic computing
- Strong data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex futures for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Innovation Management
