Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting for 2026 market readiness
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives across departments
- Manage innovation incubators and oversee prototype development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Maintain partnerships with leading tech labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF)
