Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Create strategic frameworks for ethical tech implementation and regulatory compliance
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
