Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation KPIs and ROI analysis for future tech initiatives
- Mentor technical teams on next-generation implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and exponential technologies
- Experience building and scaling tech innovation labs or incubators
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into business opportunities
