Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI governance

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
