Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-era technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in climate tech and healthcare
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global research institutions for collaborative innovation
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private investment
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Future Studies with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in government/VC funding for emerging tech
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum applications or AI ethics
- Expertise in federated learning, blockchain interoperability, and synthetic biology
- Experience leading teams of 15+ across 3+ continents in agile environments
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Security clearance eligibility or existing government tech collaboration experience
