Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record with Fortune 500 clients
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Security clearance preferred
