- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs
- Coordinate with R&D, product, and marketing teams for seamless integration
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape shifts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with AI/ML deployment and quantum computing fundamentals
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar preferred
