Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and immersive platforms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with research scientists and product engineers

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor next-generation technologists in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing breakthrough technologies (patents or major deployments)
- Expertise in at least two of: machine learning, quantum algorithms, or AR/VR development
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams across global R&D centers
