Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and spatial computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for 2026-era digital twins and autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware vendors and metaverse infrastructure providers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring ROI on futuristic technologies including adoption curves and competitive disruption metrics
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Tech Incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products with >$100M ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, patent landscaping)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Technology Review, or equivalent tier
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and 3D development engines
- Security clearance for handling classified next-gen technology initiatives
