Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market disruption analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption impact
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, PESTLE)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
