Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record leading $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Press)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ members
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
