Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present tech visions at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers in emerging tech domains
- Secure $20M+ in government and private innovation grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech startups from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 21464 (Quantum Computing Standards) and IEEE 7000 (Ethical Design)
- Security clearance for government innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial impact
