Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness).
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype high-potential technologies to validate their viability for future integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Salesâto translate strategic insights into tangible product features.
- Present detailed forecasts and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future technology pilots and implementations.
- Maintain a deep network of industry contacts and thought leaders to stay ahead of global tech shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting future trends and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and market signals.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional project lifecycles.
