Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive long-term technology strategies that align with business objectives and anticipate the needs of the year 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring emerging technologies, including generative AI, blockchain, and edge computing.
- Prototyping & Validation: Lead the design and testing of futuristic concepts to ensure feasibility and market fit before full-scale implementation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor high-potential engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree in a technical discipline or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a strategic, technical, or product leadership role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architectures, AI/ML frameworks, and emerging tech stacks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully driving them from concept to execution.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
