Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) into our product ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry trends and technological shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Design) to translate strategic visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders to drive buy-in and funding.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for complex, large-scale systems.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
