- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and scenario planning models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate future-ready talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
